Has anyone had this happen. We don’t use our big Yoto a ton. Mostly minis. Last night my kiddo was using their big Yoto for sleep stories and every 5-10 seconds it would pause and then resume. It was so freaking annoying. The cards we were using were not downloaded, is that why? I’ve never had this ...

We get that error message constantly. Like 10 plus times a day. It’s annoying but not a Wi-Fi issue.

We let people borrow our cards all the time and they just will temporarily get deleted off of our account.  we have three devices in total and have had nothing but constant problems with two of them so no help but solidarity.

We got a digital voice recorder at target and it’s pretty simple was just a few buttons and my kids really like it

We get this error message about 50% of the time we put a card into any of our Yoto‘s. I did reach out to Yoto about it and they didn’t really provide any help as to why it’s happening.

We’ve also had numerous replacements. We’ve only had ours for a years. It’s beyond frustrating. I’d imagine the warranty is specific to each Yoto and not the original purchase date.

I have been getting this message a lot “there was an error playing this content” any ideas why? It’s pretty frustrating. Happens more than half the time.

Yes my autistic kiddo LOVES the Yoto. It’s a huge method of regulation for them.

Has anyone succeeded with using open audible with a chrome book? I Have a friend who is starting to navigate MYO cards and she bought open audible but isn’t able to download it on her chrome book. I’d love if someone should share some insight as I have a Mac book. Ty!
