Does your child use them on a mini? I like the idea of the phonics cards, but I'm worried they will be ineffective with the small screen of the mini.

This makes me sad because long MYOs was one of the reasons we chose Yoto over Tonies. Yoto still beats Tonies on this, but not by as much now.

Interesting! Are the exercises all designed to take place within a limited area? (Don't mind taking the Yoto outside but can't see it being comfortable being taken for a run).

Some kids aren't going to like the yoto, everyone is different and like you said trying to make them use it is only going to make them resent it. So don't force it and put to much pressure on having to use it. If its not fun for your child then its not fun. With that being said, maybe you could use ...

I just bought twenty llama llama books for $6USD from Downpour and put them on a MYO - much more cost effective and all on one card, if you're interested in doing that!

How old is your LO? Because it really helped reinforce learning left and right when my kiddo first got his. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve had good success buying music from iTunes, converting the files, and putting them on a MYO card. Does anyone know if audiobooks from iTunes require file conversion and, if so, what format is needed? Is it just as easy? TIA!

Our 3yo loves the magic treehouse cards! Just know there may be questions surrounding the plot, like “what’s a tomb robber?” (Mummies in the morning). In that sense, it’s a little advanced, but our son seems to accept our simple explanations and enjoys the stories.
