I think this is right in that it could happen, but it’s no different to many forms of entertainment we have now, buying movies from Sky/Amazon Prime, music on Amazon music or iTunes, games on the PlayStation network or similar. So not really something to be concerned about.

Use the live chat on the website. I had an issue at Christmas and started off by emailing but it was like talking to a chatbot. The live chat got it sorted in 5 minutes! Much more human. I'm UK as well.

Hello, can anyone tell me why my daughter’s (original) Yoto always displays like this (white circle) rather than the chapter images?
They seem to work on our (reasonably new) Mini, but comes up like this while playing stories on the original one?
