Hi Folks,

We have a Yoto and when bought it bought about 20 cards. We've had them about 8 months and decided to buy some more. I bought several second hand. They look in perfect condition but when I put them in the machine says "there is an error playing this content". Our original cards are working grand, but the second hand ones aren't. However, all cards are read perfectly by my phone.

Any ideas?

I don’t have a yoto but I know with tonies if you have them locked to your household they won’t play in others. Is it worth speaking to the seller and see if they need to remove form there account?
