If you are using the same account, then it won’t get deleted, but if she has a separate account, it will be deleted (but it will come back once you insert the card in one of your devices).

You and your sister should share an account then youll both have all the content all the time.
Or, when she plays a card it might dissapear from your library but then you can just play the card again and it will go back in your library and remove from hers.
