Yoto original .... red battery with line through please help me fix both of ours are doing it and I've left them on charge overnight but nothing changes.

Do they say charging in the app? Are the black pins in the middle still intact and poking through the hole?

We had a charger which had a break in the cable. If you wiggle the cable near either end, does it start charging? Yoto sent a replacement for ours which arrived the next day.

I'd say if you're trying to charge both with the same charger then it is probably a faulty charger rather than 2 faulty machines. Can you dig the other out of the packing and see if that's any different?
